Immigration Psychological Evaluations in Fresno!
Compassionate Immigration Evaluations That Support Your Case Navigating the immigration process can be overwhelming, especially when your future or your family’s future is uncertain.
Immigration psychological evaluations help document the emotional and psychological impact of separation, trauma, or hardship, providing important information that can support your legal case.
At Deep Feels Therapy, evaluations are conducted with both trauma-informed care and professionalism in mind. Our goal is to create a space where you feel respected, heard, and supported while also providing a thorough, professional report your attorney can rely on.
We work closely with individuals, families, and immigration attorneys to provide clear, well-documented psychological evaluations for immigration proceedings.
Types of Immigration Evaluations
We provide immigration psychological evaluations for several types of immigration cases, including:
Hardship Evaluations (I-601 / I-601A Waivers)
These evaluations assess the emotional, psychological, and mental health impact that deportation or separation would have on a qualifying family member.
The report documents how separation may affect areas such as:
- Emotional well-being
- Mental health symptoms
- Family stability
- Parenting and caregiving responsibilities
VAWA Evaluations
For survivors applying under the Violence Against Women Act, evaluations help document the psychological effects of abuse or coercive control within a relationship.
The report may include:
- Trauma history
- Emotional impact of abuse
- Mental health symptoms related to the experience
U Visa Evaluations
These evaluations support individuals who have experienced certain crimes and have cooperated with law enforcement. The evaluation documents the psychological impact of the crime and resulting trauma.
T Visa Evaluations
For survivors of human trafficking, the evaluation may document the trauma and psychological effects related to exploitation and coercion.
Asylum Evaluations
Asylum evaluations help document experiences of persecution, violence, or fear of returning to one’s home country, and the psychological impact of those experiences.
